Lemon Grass has been in the cafeteria and kitchenware business for over 10 years. The main business is selling and market bake-ware, dinnerware, kitchen and household tools, range-top cookware and cutlery products sold under well-known and trusted brands including Acoroc®, Arcoral®, Corelle®, Revere®. Geared to individual tastes and all levels of cooking know-how, our products are sold regionally, nationally and internationally in small gourmet kitchen shops, boutique coffee venues and more. Our entire collection is also available through specialized mail order catalogs and online retailers.
We approach our work with the passion and excitement of discover. Our in-house product development team spends hours in the kitchen coming up with ways to improve on a variety of traditional tasks and cooking tools. Like all good inventors, we start with imagination and then apply our thinking to the practical.
We also offer casual fine dining restaurant, offering eclectic Malaysian traditional cuisine and warm hospitality in a rustic historically preserved building. A high, open beam ceiling, exposed brick and concrete floors display the original space, while an open kitchen, banquette seating and gentle lighting contribute to an intimate and contemporary feel.
Our food is sourced from top quality seasonal ingredients, featuring a high percentage of local and organic products. Our menu changes every six to eight weeks, offering a mix of new and signature dishes. We consider Alma to be a truly “Malaysian” restaurant honoring many different cooking traditions and interpreting them with our unique creative vision.
